We got this as a gift for our 2.5-year-old. She absolutely loves it! It is a very well-made set – different types and shapes of felt pasta, felt tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese, wooden sausage circles, wooden spinach circles, and wooden Parmesan cheese circles. You can stuff the ravioli with different fillings. Comes with the pasta packaging – all pieces open and store beautifully. The pots are great. Very fun and great imaginative play. I would give this 6 stars if I could.

Another fantastic and realistic cooking/food toy by Melissa and Doug. My daughter begged to open this first on Christmas before she even unwrapped all of her gifts. She got a kick out of putting meats and cheese in the ravioli and “staining” her various types of pasta. I love how much she gets involved in this play and how she fully uses her imagination. These Melissa & Doug toys are sturdy, beautifully crafted, and absolutely loved by every toddler I’ve ever known! 

My daughter teaches in a Montessori school in the lower primary grades. Every Christmas we buy her a gift for her class. They use them in their “Practical Life” instruction area. The kids absolutely love the pizza & pasta set. My daughter and her teaching assistants go all out to create a working environment for the practical life gifts we give.
